Rotax iNR / E-Reverse is a separate service from Sea-Doo iBR. If you have a Sea-Doo watercraft, use the iBR repair guide to select the correct service.

What the repair service includes

Your module is inspected, opened, cleaned and lubricated, then repaired, resealed and tested before return. This service repairs the unit you send in; it is not the purchase of a replacement module.

Before sending your unit

1. Send BRT your boat model and year, the module part number, clear photos and a description of the problem.
2. Get current service pricing, turnaround and shipping instructions from BRT.
3. Arrange shipment of your existing module using the instructions provided.

90-day repair warranty

90-day repair warranty. If you experience an issue within this period, please contact BRT to arrange to send your unit back. We’ll be happy to inspect it and determine whether the issue is covered under the repair warranty.

No-fault inspection terms

If testing finds that your module is not defective and the fault is elsewhere in the boat, your refund is reduced by $175: $150 for one hour of labor plus $25 return postage.
