Choose a 135 mm or 142 mm supercharger wheel for your Sea-Doo 300 build. Each package includes one balanced, CNC-machined aluminum wheel and a 3.2 mm spacer, both finished in black anodizing.

- One wheel in your selected size: 135 mm or 142 mm.
- One 3.2 mm spacer.
The comparison photo shows both wheel sizes. Your order includes one selected wheel and its spacer. The supercharger and housing shown in installation photos are not included.
Installation requirements
- The 142 mm wheel is not a direct drop-in part. The rear housing must be machined to 143 mm. Confirm the full machining specification and required clearances with BRT before installation.
- Increased boost requires the appropriate supporting modifications and fuel adjustment, including the correct spring and retainer setup for your engine.
- Confirm your housing, wheel size and supporting components before ordering.
135 mm wheel reference figures
BRT lists the following setup-dependent boost estimates for the 135 mm wheel. Actual boost depends on your engine setup and operating conditions.
- 12 PSI at 8,000 RPM.
- 15 PSI at 8,400 RPM.
- 17.5 PSI at 8,700 RPM.
